Ordering and Payment: You can order via our website, email, post or phone , we always recommend ordering online as it enables you to monitor your purchase online and retains your order history for you to view at anytime. Payment is accepted via all major Credit Cards, PayPal, Cheque , Bank transfer or Google Checkout.

Pricing, Delivery and Terms and Conditions: All our prices include vat, but exclude delivery (except where promotional UK mainland free delivery is offered). Our terms and conditions are listed on our Home Page.

Delivery: Our standard delivery service is via City Link offering next working day delivery for stock items where the order is received by 3 pm , orders received after this time will roll over to the next day’s dispatches. Delivery charges are £12 per order for mainland UK (excluding Scottish highlands ) and £20 for Northern Ireland and mainland exclusions. We also have a FREE delivery service to mainland UK (excluding Scottish highlands) where your order will be delivered within a 5 day timescale. Saturday and same day delivery is available to mainland UK by request, standard Saturday delivery cost is £20 per order .Please note that we don't deliver to Isle of Man , Channel Islands or the Scottish Islands.
This range of delivery options will be selectable when placing your order. When your order is dispatched we will update your online order and account details with tracking numbers and delivery details.

Warranty: LCD and Plasma TVs usually have a  ‘collect and return’ warranty of up to 2 years, with an initial DOA period covering at least 7 days. During the DOA period any faulty product will be replaced with new ones, after this DOA period Tvs will be taken away for repair and no replacement left and you should retain suitable packaging to be used in the event this service becomes necessary. These warranties will be performed by the manufacturer’s nominated service agents not by Intekx Ltd., and do not impact on your statutory and distance selling rights .
